Consider approving amendment No. 1 to the Standard Services Agreement with Optony, Inc. to add three (3) additional years for a term ending September 30, 2027 and $2,052,675.00 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $2,502,675.00 

to expand Member Agency fleet electrification services

Consider approving an agreement with Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) in an amount not to exceed $916,041.00 with an initial delivery term of three (3) years; and (2) execute an agreement with Salesforce in an amount not-to-exceed $183,192.45

with an initial delivery term of three (3) years; and (4) and authorize the CEO to execute both agreements.
